Reiki is a form of alternative medicine developed in 1922 by Mikao Usui. It's a modern healing technique where energy is channeled through me to you, restoring physical and emotional well-being. This method of healing connects with the subtle body, aligning and balancing the chakras.
Chakras are located within the subtle body along the spine. Imagine your spine to be a super highway with six major intersections (chakras) with the seventh intersection at the crown of your head branching out to other highways (other realms). Sometimes these intersections can get blocked and stagnant - fortunately, crystals help to clear these intersections bringing the mental, emotional and physical bodies into harmony.
You can also picture chakras as flowers - flowers at every intersection along the spine - imagine their brightness when you feel so aligned, in touch and balanced. And now picture the days when you feel out of it, stressed and tired, what do you think your flowers look like? These subtle spaces mirror you as a whole. Reiki is a great way to bring you back into balance, carving out a space for you to surrender and heal.
Every session begins with a moment of silence to meditate and connect with breath and Spirit. Each and every one of us has an immense amount of support around us. Whether it be Mother Nature, our Ancestors, Relatives that have passed, Archangels watching over us, or just your Highest Self, there is support and protection. I call in on this immense love and support so that I can be of service to you, for you, on your magical journey.
This one on one session first begins with a FREE consultation. This allows us to talk about what you would like to focus on during our time together. Upon booking, I will send over an email with a few questions to answer and then we will connect through Skype or a phone call.
