These 1:1 sessions are catered to the child or young adult at hand. During these sessions we connect and work with breathing exercises, yoga poses, games & activities, crystal healing and/or relaxation poses. We also work with mantras (prayers), singing, dancing and/or music.
Yoga is a great way for children to connect with their spiritual and creative side - children learn how to calm their mind, relax their body and connect with their voice.
All ages and levels are welcomed.
We work with special needs and children with disabilities too.
Single sessions are for (1) child with a parent or caretaker.

Classes are offered for 30-45 minutes in studio or in your home.
The studio space is located in Tottenville, Staten Island @ 311 Sharrott Ave, right side apt.
